2 potholes in close proximity near to ditch.

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4147538.

These 2 potholes have gradually become larger and larger over the past month due to cold weather and recent heavy rains, the latter making it worse as we get a lot of flooding in this area. They are now sufficiently deep that they could cause damage to vehicles, cyclists etc. Thanks
