Spectacular mud and foliage build up in road gully. Now 1.5 sq metres.

This is the road gully on Dorchester Ave at the exit from the kids' playpark between Dorchester and Weymouth - 1.5 metre squared of.solid mud and associated flooding over the footpath and the road. First reported via this site on 23/08/22, was told by local councillors on behalf of GCC that it "would be fixed by 30/09/22" (wasn't), reported at 4 weekly intervals on fixmystreet.com that it had not been fixed, told by another councillor on 21/12/22 that "arrangements were in place to address street cleaning" and "the location would be monitored" (this hasn't happened either). All of the drains and road gullies are blocked round this area but this is by far the most egregious example.
