Gullies tarred over following resurfacing.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

At least five roadside drainage gullies have been tarred over in Elizabeth road near to the entrance of St. Mary’s Close, following resurfacing. Water cannot now drain away. Urgent action is now required to remove the tar from these drains.
