  • The pot hole nearest to the island is seriously deeper now and a very dangerous hazard to cyclists, motor cyclists and cars. Please attend to this as an emergency.

  • LBB is aware and the works raised at this location have been raised to be carried out within a reduced time-frame. Please be patient while our Minor Works contractor works hard to address the many potholes that have been reported across the borough. Thank you.

  • Dear Bromley borough - I can see that the report has been already reported of the large deep pot hole. I had passed through that road on 30th Jan 2023 late in the evening when it was evening, As per the attached the pot hole has damaged my tyre on a BMW 760 LI which has low profile and I would like to put a claim toward the replacement cost. Please guide me further of the process.

  • Any request for compensation relating to an issue on a Bromley maintained highway must be processed via an insurance claim process. Bromley currently have a shared Insurance Service with Sutton Council and an online claim form can be completed and submitted via Sutton’s website: https://www.sutton.gov.uk/ info/ 200436/ customer_services/ 1146/ insurance_service/ 2

  • 18 days after this was originally reported it has still not been resolved. There are no warning signs to indicate to drivers that the road is so dangerously damaged - and the pothole location makes it unavoidable. It is only a matter of time before a motorcyclist or cyclist is seriously injured with this pothole. This evening my car became the latest to be damaged - to both tyres and alloys. I will be pursuing a direct claim as I believe this to be negligence.
