Fence barrier between the car park and footpath is in a bad state.

This low fence / barrier has been slowly disintegrating over the past few years. It all needs replacing. The same style of fence is in the car park behind the HDC offices and always gets mended ASAP when damaged. Come on HDC get this repaired in Sainsbury’s car park too! The rest of these barriers around the town also need repairing or replacing. Lots on the Ashley Way estate are in disrepair too.
