Traffic signal does not change for cyclists

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4139621.

The traffic signal detection loop does not detect cyclists turning right resulting in us having to run a red light. For safety and legal reasons please could this be looked in to
