Very noisy Ice cream Van at 9pm everyday!!!

Hello. I am complaining about an ice cream van that keeps making alot of noise after 7pm. Thry usually come at 5pm and 9pm or 9.50pm !!!! Some of us work nightshift and early shift but the ice van is here everyday non stop, the only time we didn't have the noise was on Christmas day and New years day. I don't mind whoever they are trying to make a living, but the noise is just ridiculously high and constant after 9pm. Sometimes the temperatures are as low as -11 or -2 and they are still selling ice cream. I think its very suspicious.
