Road here had be prepared for repair without sign

I was cycling with 6 colleagues on Thursday 12th Jan 2023 at 20.00hrs, the Kerb in road (King Street Helpston) caused me to fall off my bike, causing me INJURY (A&E Visit) Damaged arm wrist tendons and body bruising. There was no warning signage for any prepared road works. My colleague has informed me the road was shut the next day and the tarmac had been laid on the kerbing. As well as body injury I have damaged clothing and helmet.
