Ditches blocked, foliage starting to overhang road

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Test Valley Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4135857.

The ditches along here are all blocked causing the roads to become flooded and very dangerous. The foliage on the left hand side up to the A27 also needs cutting back to the fence line as it is starting to encroach on the road making it also dangerous coming around the bend.
