Pavement in a disgusting state to the rear of my property, issue has been reported numerous times just to be ignored,

Pavement to rear of my property all broken , council came to resurface with cheap slurry but couldn’t do m pavement as it’s in a bad state, reported this problem years ago and recently but again nothing has been done to repair , People have fallen down a few times as when it rains the debris from the lane next to my property spills out down the road I am truly fed up with the complaints from neighbours and the public using the pavement.
