Getting blocked in my driveway as street has no street signs or parking enforcements

Reported via desktop in the Car parking category anonymously at 22:44, Sun 15 January 2023

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4133509.

This marking in the map just outside my house, and this road has no markings, no zig-zag lines, no double or single lines, no controlled zone parking, no bays, etc. The issue is that neighbours, their visitors and other people who don't live in the area, freely park in the road, blocking the street and blocking me in my own driveway. I have requested them numerous times, not to block my vehicle but they do not listen and at times has gone aggressive as well.

When I call the walthamstow parking enforcement, they told me that they are unable to help me as my road is not enforced as their is no parking signs, controlled zone parking signs, double yellow lines, zig zag lines etc. So I want the walthamforest council to visit the street, and place appropriate signs and lines so that everyone understands the parking rules, reads the appropriate signs, and behaves. If they still don't, I can contact Walthamstow parking enforcement for their help. As mentioned they are refusing to help me now as say that they don't enforce that street and tell me to contact the council directly.
