Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later

A curios creation, this one has developed just off the actual carriageway where some new houses have been built. It’s right on the edge of the road but has a depression around it so if you aline your vehicle incorrectly, you’re in the hole! Measuring just shy of a metre, it’s deep and long and needs a big bucket of tarmac to fill it. Fix it now rating 7/10
