This recently planted (last year?) tree (outside no 79) is still unstaked and moves when windy

Thank you for your comments. A job is raised for the contractor to re-stake the young tree which is in hand to be completed. Separately our new planting contractor (Griswood & Toms) as part of the young tree maintenance scheme is due to visit sites to check trees stakes and adjust ties as required before the watering programme kicks in later this month.

Please accept our apologies for the delays. These works have been removed from our incumbent contractor and given to a third party contractor. We anticipate these will be completed within the next 6 to 8 weeks.

Thanks for doing this. The tree is now thriving and I think it's actually flowering now too. If we'd have staked it ourselves would that have been a problem? Or do you prefer us to report and leave it to you?

That would not of been a problem, we are more than grateful for any help with young tree maintenance of knocking in stakes/adjusting ties. Also with watering in times of drought, I enclose below watering poster. Thanks for your help.
