Defective cats eyes

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4127480.

Long sections of the B1105 have no cats eyes (or cats eyes that are so old they no longer work). With no street lighting and no road markings on the edges of the road it makes driving at night extremely dangerous. It is virtually impossible to see where the road goes.
