Drivers cutting from Right lane to Left lane

As we approach Longwater Lane traffic lights we have 2 lanes: -1Left Lane has written on the tarmac with white paint "All other routes" - 2 Right Lane a sign indicating "Right" Problem: If i wish to continue straight going on Dereham towards A47 sliproad using the Left lane ,drivers in the Right lane as they approach the second traffic light (picture 2) are assuming that nobody are in their Left and just cutting up in front of people using the left lane,also Google Maps tells the drivers incorrect information who can turn Right on Dereham road towards A47/Sainsbury Longwater LN...etc Have informed local MP Sharon Blundell of this problem last year regarding this problem for the lines to be repainted and 1-2 new signs to be erected to inform drivers and nothing have been done.
