High style restricts access - see ref 3814207

This has already been raised. On 10/11/22 the land owner was given 28 day to do the fix, I updated the original ref 3814207 recently as not fixed but have not had any feedback, this style as you have concluded has restricted use for the less able bodied due to the height of the top bar.

  • 27/07 - An enforcement letter has been sent to the responsible party requesting that the stile is rectified to the correct specification. If not rectified in 28 days enforcement action will take place.
