New Bus Lane Causes Congestion

The New Bus Lane going Westbound on Cowbridge Rd is causing congestion and dangerous driving at this section of the road.

When exiting Green St you are forced to cross a Bus Lane to join a queue of traffic for the Traffic Lights. Many people are cutting through the Bus Lane and causing traffic to have to merge before the lights which is causing congestion as lanes are stopped by cars in the wrong lane during light changes.

I understand the Bus Lane up until this point, but this junction is too busy to have this small a queuing area. The Bus Lane needs to end before Green St and continue no further to allow vehicles time to get into the correct lane for the traffic lights ahead.
