Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4122815.

Dog fouling by the same person every morning between 9 am and 9.30 am, person just stands there and lets there dog sh#te all over the grass where the kids play, has a cheek to check there own shoes for sh#te when they come off the grass.
