Substandard repair

Sent to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4120129.

The drain cover and surrounding area has sunken dramatically. An attempt at repairing the huge pot hole has been made, but this is substandard and has still left a large hole. This is extremely dangerous, especially to cyclists. Very poor attempt at fixing this issue.
