The previous “repair” has broken

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4115371.

The patch that was put in recently to fix the crumbling repair surface has no developed a pot hole in it within 4 weeks of being “repaired”. Also the original complaint was that the road onto the bridge is almost like a jump and needs to be filled in to smooth out the bridge approach but nothing has been done about this
