Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4115270.

Road flooded outside 76 Lake Road East....continuously.. Drain blocked beneath the road. Reported last week.... No action taken..Danger to vehicles and pedestrians.. .. URGENT...
