Traffic lights/pelican crossing on a 6 second timing from red to green and back causing traffic back up

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later

Pelican crossing adjacent to SEARCH HIRE was on a 6 second cycle from red to green and back again , causing huge tailback towards Armley gyratory and domestic street
