Flooding of pathway

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4110801.

The pathway that goes over the bus lane floods during heavy weather meaning it's hard for people to walk over. I've seen many people, including elderly struggle crossing this path. I believe it is due to overgrown weeds in the drainage.
