Street sign damage

Dear Sir/Madam,
On the 23rd November an Ocado delivery van caused a road traffic accident on the corner Belvedere/Auckland Rd pushing a car off the street and into the ‘Belvedere Road’ street sign and my fence. While Ocado will deal with the damage of my fence I am not sure if and how they deal with the damaged street sign etc. One of the two poles for the street sign is broken and the sign poorly supported now. Please make sure this is fixed as it now might pose a safety hazard.
Many thanks and kind regards, Daniel Krahne
