Large potholes and unsuitable passing places

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4108967.

There are multiple large potholes down this road. Mainly caused by the large HGVs constantly using this road. This is also causing the passing places (which are made of mud and maybe a bit of stone) to be destroyed making them more of a hazard than a help. This is making other drivers refuse to stop at the passing places an instead forcing there way passed. This is an accident waiting to happen
