So I see that you have investigated but only marked up one area for repair. What about the others? I assume they are not big enough yet but soon will be with this mix of cold weather, water and buses sure to make them larger quicker.

So over a month has gone by and the repairs are still yet to be made, not sure how that qualifies as being fixed or no further action needed

The road repairs were completed on 30th May yet over a week later the pile of old tarmac is still dumped out side my house :-(
Posted anonymously at 12:29, Wednesday 7 June 2023

The pile of scrap tarmac is getting larger, whether legally or not, and now attracting general waste too. I have removed the general waste in an effort not to attract more.
I find the lack of updates on this matter to be very annoying.

140 days between issue being logged and repairs being completed 14 days between repairs being completed and tarmac spoil being removed 15 days and counting for the collection of the barriers At this rate it will be 6 months for the resolution of the issue
Nice reply to my complaint - Just post it in here and no response...

The contractors have completed the work to the roundabout to a good standard

I agree the repairs to the roundabout are to a high standard.
You just need to collect the yellow barriers that have now been here for no reason for 22 days.
Posted anonymously at 23:33, Wednesday 5 July 2023
-
Tomorrow will be 30 days of yellow barriers being dumped at the site of the road works.
If I could I would take them to Waldo Road tip as the are obviously not wanted any more.

The barriers still need to be collected. How.much clearer can I be? Job is still not completed.

Further action is required. This request should never have been closed off.

I have escalated to a Senior Council Official. This request should never have been signed off as completed. I suggest a random number of completed FMS reports are checked each month, to determine if corners are being cut. This seems a sensible idea

Another week on and yet again the Council say this matter is closed. Well it's not and only will be once the yellow barriers have been collected.
They are still in exactly the same position they were in the picture posted on 28th June.
