Regularly Blocking the drive

This particular vehicle is always blocking my drive with their inappropriate parking. The person seems to be not even from the same street but usually park over on my street and constantly parking it inappropriate. However blocking someone's drive isn't acceptable at all.

    Endlessly been told about parking like this. my concern is anyone with a buggy walking stick kids in general and older people having to walk on the road to get around this car. there is more than just this car that parks like this here at this address.
