Branches fallen from protected oak tree

Sent to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4106892.

Several branches that appear dead have fallen from the tree that stands at 8 oakfield way, Sheepy magna, I understand this tree is protected by the church so doesnt belong to our neighbour per say? To save further damage to our property or ourselves can it be arranged for an inspection of the tree and any dead wood to be removed.
