Sent to Newport Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4106797.

There have been recent RTAs here because the road signs and markings are unclear. the road bends to the left (onto St Mellons Road) and yet traffic ploughs straight thru to Heol Las as if it were an extension of Fortran Road.
