Business being run for car park

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Rushmoor Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4104308.

There is a mechanics business being run from the car park called “budgie cars” they have 4-5 cars in various states parked in the public car park, blocking residents from being able to park. This has been going on for years but has been getting worse recently (more cars)
