Hello, in the 20 od years we have lived in South Close the road has been top dressed with chippings and its badly worn in my viewit do not work on a concrete surface it needs Tarmac and a number of Kerbstones have moved from the road surface, it seems to me side roads and Close get overlooked in the highway maintainance program, Mr D Robertson 24 South Close.
