Blocked Drains

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Dear Sirs, The whole street is tired of this repeated problem of blocked drains during heavy rains. This problems has been occurring for more than 10 years, even the Chief Engineer of Oxfordshire County Council has been contacted on several occasions to modify the system to no avail. Would you please organize local vehicle to attend, and clean the built up sludge out.
