Extremely tall tree

Extremely tall lime tree covered in Ivy. In windy conditions the tree moves a lot and often drops branches and it is only a matter of time before they fall on pedestrians, vehicles or the nearby houses. The trees is the responsibility of the Council who should fell or reduce to make it safe.
