From Partick to Thornwood to Whiteinch to Scotstoun - flytipping next to street bins, litter, commercial waste. It's as bad as it was prior to the COP 26 'deep clean'. Leith Walk, Edinburgh has one operative whose sole job is to clean that street every day, and it's immaculate. So why can't Glasgow provide a similar service for our money?
