This is groundhog junction. Remove one lot, another company's appears.

What chance the council put up a warning notice as previously requested? Or any of the many vehicles that head west from Finnie depot stop and remove every time rather than double-handliing. Or make one phone call each time to warn / get them to remove them. Or just enforce for a change. Thanks.
