Very badly done manhole

Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4096196.

That man hole head big cracks around it, someone must have come and dashed some asfhalt around it didint make it straight left with a bump with a new asfthalt. Badly done job. Disgrace.
