Road crumbling away at edges and multiple deep potholes

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4094062.

The whole road is in very bad condition, at points the sides of the road have broken away meaning in very narrow parts cars are forced off the road making it very dangerous. There are multiple large potholes throughout the whole road which are unavoidable if two cars pass, causing damage to vehicles. I use the road daily and it has been in this condition for months. Thank you.

  • The areas being reported arrear to be outside the driving driving area. This will be closely monitored on a regular basis encase of any deuteration is the driving surface.

  • As outlined at: http://www.bromley.gov.uk/ fixservices please allow up to 35 days for remedial works to be undertaken.

    Jobs to repair highway defects are raised on timescales according to the priority and risk of the defect. However, dependent upon the cause and nature of the issue time frames for a response can vary so please allow up to 35 calendar days for works to be undertaken.
