Blocked drain

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4093207.

A drain is blocked causing flooding, this in turn slows or stops cars coming into this hidden dip, it could potential cause an accident as if your approaching from the West to continue east you don't see the cars until the last minute that are navigating the flooding.
