Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4092951.

There are 5 street lights out on the corner of Terregles Ave. and Kildrostan St. It is literally pitch black at night. what with the flooding because of the blocked drains the potholes and sunken paving slabs and crumbling pavements it is a miracle no one has been injured. It is so dark I literally cannot see the keyhole on my car door and I need a torch.
