Debris on footpath

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4090255.

There is lots of debris on the steps up to the A48 from the taff trail on the west side of the road (north side of the river). There is a large build-up of mud and leaves at the base of the stairs.
