Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later

Recycling bags have blown into the road and split or been run over by vehicles and rubbish is now blowing around Troedyrhiw Road.

Additionally, there is a lot of rubbish on Troedyrhiw Road in general, around the rubbish bin opposite Chevron Street, and down the steps. The whole area needs thorough litter picking and cleaning.
