Pot hole reappeared

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4089404.

A pot hole opposite Cherrymead has appeared. It has been fixed several times but obviously not very well.

Updates

This pothole has opened up again. Opposite lamppost 14 in Station Road. It has been repaired badly many times. It needs more than a bucket of tar to fix it. Despite the re-opening of the A259 heavy vehicles continue to use Station Road as a cut through and this section of road takes a hammering. It needs a proper repair - the subsoil is obviously not strong enough to support the surface.
