Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4089248.

Pavement blocked by Cars daily. Having to walk on road instead of pavement as no room. Also very hard for bin lorry to move when it comes round. Most cars sitting on road bump too at a corner. Hazard for cars coming up hill
