Flood at end of Bowlditch Lane

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4087960.

A foot deep flood at Bowlditch Lane. Not passable in a vehicle. Bowlditch is a single track lane so vehicles are having to reverse as unable to turn around.

  • Still flooded no signs to warn of the flood ,meaning drivers have to reverse a very long way back up the lane.

  • I managed to unblock the drain this morning but would really appreciate if you could send a road sweeper to clear the debris & prevent it blocking again

  • Really quite deep the drainage ditch along side the road in the field has been blocked for a very long time. If they were cleared it would solve the problem

  • This section is still flooded. It really needs some attention to the drain or ditch. I have seen at least one van badly damaged attempting to get through, caught out by how deep it is.
