Bushes and trees overhanging pavement

There are several bushes and trees overhanging across the pavement forcing pedestrians into the road. This has been the case for almost a year now.

    I think there may be a misunderstanding about where this issue is. The foliage is hanging right across the pavement (not in the alley way). What3Words location is: pull.finishing.gain
