Car killer potholes

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4080783.

There are two large deep potholes here just close to the bridge. Enough to kill a motorcyclist if they don't see it. A member of the public kindly filled it with gravel a while back but they are back like a gaping chasm again!

  • The contractors came and carried a cheap unprofessional and very poor resurfacing repair. In less than one week potholes appeared in the repair area. Also the repair area covered stopped less than one metre from other growing potholes. If I was in charge I'd fire the contractor and whoever is responsible for allocating them the funding and approval to continue doing such shoddy and poor workmanship.
