Crofton Road/Gynbourne Park road pothole
Reported via desktop in the Obstruction to Highway category anonymously at 11:43, Mon 2 January 2023
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4076231.
Previously reported to you before Christmas. It appears that it is a result of defective drainage from adjacent man holes in the road. This sewer has been leaking for years. Thames water were there recently to investigate. The conclusion was that it was not their problem as the water main was sound. To avoid us tax payers having to pay for vehicle wheel damage I suggest that the Council lift the man hole covers to investigate asap. If and when you fill the pothole could you ensure that whoever completes the repair is aware of the Council's specification for this type of work and carries out the filling properly.
