Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4075257.

This has happened on numerous occasions where damaged vehicles have been left attended for a long time at the corner of kedleston and chesterfield road. This has caused so many issues with local parking especially for my household and when family and friends comes to visit. I hope this gets resolved ASAP.
