Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4074828.

The posts marking the cycle lane heading towards Richmond are dirty, obscuring any reflective qualities and are pretty much impossible to see in the dark, also so causing a crash.
