Bad drainage

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4069387.
This problem have been ongoing for many years, blocked drains down Southdown road and lymore avenue causing rain build up causing flooding on road, pavement and gardens, drains broken and blocked this need to be solved and I have been reporting this for at least 10 year and still nothing is being done, also two very large overgrown trees do not help when the leaf shed.

Southdown rd Lymore avenue junction flooded again can someone please come and unblock the drains this was reported months ago and still no action taken can you let me know when we can expect this work to be done
